After showering, I decided to go to the grocery store and pick up lots of healthy food I know that I will enjoy. These items included eggs, avocados, strawberries, spinach, oatmeal, and low-fat yogurt. I plan to have a week of healthy eating!
My biggest fear beginning this regimen, is that I will lose motivation. I am trying to keep myself motivated in many ways. The thing that seems to motivate me the most is looking at pictures of female body builders or incredibly fit women. I have followed a few groups on facebook, including a gym motivation community (https://www.facebook.com/MotivationKing?fref=ts) and a community called 'Girls That Lift' (https://www.facebook.com/girlslift?fref=ts). Both of these pages are filled with inspiring photos and stories. Lastly, I also discovered this page: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/. This is an online community that kind of feels like facebook for body builders. You do not have to be a body builder to join. On this site you are able to add progress photos, track you workouts and your weight, and keep a food journal all while making friends and connecting with people who will inspire you. I'm still trying to figure out how to use all the features, but it seems like an excellent tool.
