My sister and I were kind of active, though. I wasn't doing my daily treadmill run, but we went out hiking for about two and a half hours on Friday, and about an hour today. However, on that note, I am NOT feeling very motivated right now. I feel exhausted from having a weekend guest and my treadmill is just taunting me. I have been on my Facebook groups looking at the fitness pictures that usually motivate me... I even put a 'motivational meme' as the wallpaper on my phone... but nothing is working right now. All I want to do is get in the shower, clean my apartment, and start fresh tomorrow. It probably doesn't help that I just ate leftover tortellini pasta for lunch.
On a separate note, has anyone ever had problems with their treadmill? I have borrowed my parent's treadmill and I have noticed that about half-way through a workout the speed gradually decreases. I have it on the same jogging speed of 5.6, and the monitor will remain the same, but it will start to feel slower to the point where I am just walking at a quick pace instead of jogging. My dad came over this afternoon and lubricated it, so perhaps that will help. I'm just not sure what could be causing it to slow down.
